But if you were taking the pill properly and he didn't ejaculate inside you, it's a very slim chance that you're pregnant.
Learn how to put a condom on the right way (it's more than just rolling it on and going) and always check expiration dates on the wrapper.

Providing you were taking the pill correctly and had not missed any doses then you should be OK. I would suggest get yourself a pregnancy test to be sure, but the chances are very slim. Keep taking your contraceptive pills as per normal and use condoms as they are the only contraceptive choice offering the best protection from STD's.

"there was no pre-cum because he had ejaculated before we had sex."
Pre-cum is basically sperm-free fluid that is produced when a guy is extremely aroused. At least usually it's sperm-free. However, if he recently ejaculated, the pre-cum created (which is created regardless of the last time he ejaculated) will pick up the sperm still in there (unless he urinated since last ejaculating).
However, the likelihood that there was enough pre-cum to even make it through the broken condom is almost impossible.
Finally, being on the pill means it doesn't matter if there was no condom at all and he ejaculated inside of you. The pill is more effective than a condom, the 99% of effectiveness is for women using it without a condom and having the man ejaculate inside of her. Basically there is no way you could possibly be pregnant.
Next time you use condoms, make sure to use some lube so they won't split.

No, the chances of you being pregnant are slim to none, so please don't threat. My only advice would be to ensure that either whenever your partner puts a condom on/you put the condom on your partner you are following the instructions provided with the packet. I'm not being patronising when I say that, even close friends of mine were unaware that you must pinch the tip of the condom as you are rolling it on until I told them just recently and all because they hadn't read the instructions.
But you're sensible because you have taken the proper protection through the pill, so when the next time comes around don't be nervous, but make sure he puts it on properly. Keep taking the pill, relax, enjoy and I'm sure that next time there won't be any complications at all.

You're on the pill, he didn't ejaculate, and there was no pre-cum. Chances are you aren't pregnant, which is good because it seems you were being very responsible in using two different forms of protection. I'm not saying you definitely aren't, strange things do happen, but from what you describe it doesn't sound like you are.Condoms usually split because there is too much friction from lack of lubrication. Maybe you weren't turned on enough? Or maybe it was the type of condom you were using? Look into different kinds if you're planning on having sex again.

If you're on birth control and haven't missed a pill, but taken them all as you should, then you wont get pregnant. Condom or no condom. Birth control pills are the safest contraception, and any doctor will tell you that as long as you use your birth controll pills as they should be used, take them every day and there are no complications (like you being on medication, antibiotics, vomit etc) then a second contraception isn't necessary.
The GOOD thing about you using two contraceptives is that in the case that something happens to the one (like it did now, condom split) you have the other fully functioning. Same thing if you forgot to take your pill, but you used condoms, you are still safe as one of the two contraceptives still worked.
You're not running any risks of pregnancy as long as one of the two contraceptives are working (I use the word "work", but what I mean is that nothing had happened to it to cause a risk of pregnancy).

as he had ejaculated before sex there is a chance that there was still some sperm residue in his penis. however as long as you have been taking your pill correctly and you have been taking it for longer than 7 days already you should be ok but take a pregnancy test if you want to be 100% sure

If he never ejaculated well then there is no way that you can be pregnant, even if there was some pre come believe me this wouldn't be enough to make you pregnant. Plus if you are taking your pill on a regular basis daily and don't skip them well then you will be fine, try not and panic so much.
