We have alot of the same friends, but we just started talkin the past couple of days on a 'non friend' basis. And we decided to go on a date Tuesday after classes are out. He's in the theatre, but he's fairly butch-y. I was wondering... what are some do's and don'ts? I've never really been on a date with a guy since I came out, so...lol.. it's embarrassing but I'm kinda lost. What would be a good place to take him on a date...he likes nature alot... but its SOOO darn cold right now, hahaa. So, any help, suggestions. Conversation tips would be nice too, hahaa. =) Thanks. Don't rush things, let the conversation flow. Leave any heartfelt declarations for a later date and stick to compliments only, if you want to show your affection. Too much, too soon, too fast can be scary a make them run in the other direction, I once had a guy propose on our third (and last) date, Scary. Bond a bit and wait for the sexual side to come along naturally. Ask questions about his life; such as likes and dislikes. TRY TO LEAVE BAGGAGE - ESPECIALLY PREVIOUS RELATIONSHIPS - ALONE!!! Eventually, the subject will come up, but it's not great first date stuff. XXX
