I have been trying not to complain to much to my fiance, I know he wouldn't mind but I feel like I'm bugging him to death if I say anything. Is there ANY advice as to what can make me feel better?

Oh poor darling. Hang in there- the first 3 months can be really bad but in general ,from 13 weeks on, it will go much better ( for some complicated hormonal and biochemical reasons that your ob/gyn can explain you ).
Btw , my ob/gyn told me that actually it's a good thing feeling crappy during the first 3 months because that means the your levels of AFP ( alfafetoproteins ) are high, which on turn means that everything is fine and dandy with your pregnancy.
I always suspected that he would tell me this just to cheer me up, :) but, hey, I sell it to you same as I bought it !

I went for a 35 minute walk yesterday and I love to take walks but for some reason i was so worn out afterward! I hate being so tired and sickish all the time but in the end it will be worth it. I'm glad you girls have already been through it to help me!

I was working full-time while pregnant and I felt sick throughout the 9 months. I found the magic cure to morning sickness and fatigue was drinking ginger beer (as well as getting lots of rest when you can - obvious but hard to put into practise into a busy life!).

People will tell you to eat crackers, exercise, and all kinds of stuff, but none of it really works. The good news is that you will feel much better after the 12th week. I always started feeling better by then. And you're getting there. Until then, just hang in there and try to be as positive as possible. You body just needs to adapt to the sudden hormone change.
