I did, hoping he might just do the same but so far no response from him and hes been online. I cant face the truth that he might of just ignored me, Im feeling really down. I really like this guy , was hoping he felt the same way.Did I get my hopes up and over analyse?

CandyCurves is verified as being by the original poster of the questionHey there, just wanted to say Im 15, turned 15 last month. You're so right about how clueless i am in the social department. Im absaloutly inexperienced. I've had a thing going on with this guy before but then we stopped talking. I wanted to talk to him again but Im really shy so I was going to take baby steps and poke him on facebook to see how he responds. Hes obviously not interested ,oh well. Thanks anyways:)!

Your hopes may have been up a little high and you over analyzed. He might just not have been on Facebook, and I know for a fact that FaceBook pokes are located in a small box on the right side if you receive one when not being logged on. Or he might have just left facebook up on his computer and gone and done something else and not noticed the poke (I know I do that) A poke is a poke. He may not feel the need to return it because he might just think you're teasing him and he'll make a joke out of it when he sees you, or he may be too shy to return it. Just like you mentioned you were shy, guys can be too, They're not as macho as they'd like us to think they are.
Good Luck ;)
