I appreciate your desperation but you listen to me!! this is an insane way to lose weight, would you feed a dog like this, or a child? NO! so get with a dietition and get with a therapist preferably a hypnotherapist they can deal with emotional eating (i suspect you suffer from this) I have to go to an eating disorder meeting twice a month to help ED sufferes, it's no bloody joke!one lady didn't get to us on time, you guessed it, she died of starvation organ failier. ARE YOU RECEIVING ME LOUD AND CLEAR!!
if you are trying to be a skinny whin, get real, guys hate skinny girls and all photos are airbrushed in mags just be natural and work on self esteem with a therapist.
treat your body like a mobile phone...give it energy, give it credit, take care of it and remember they come in all shapes and sizes. you are great, now spend your life proving it!

You will kill yourself or end up in the hospital. The healthy way does work! If you can't manage your calories and exercise to figure out how it affects your plan, join www.sparkpeople.com. They will give you a list of foods and exercises based upon your weight and your goals.

You'll faint and smash your face open on your treadmill.
The healthy way does work, you're just not doing it right.
Good Luck!! xx

If you only eat a mango a day then sure, you'll lose weight but it won't be fat you're losing, it will be fluid and vital muscle tissue and as soon as you begin to eat normally again (which you will as you can't live on mangos for the rest of your life) you'll gain again. Dieting is never easy, and should be a mixture of good nutritional foods and exercise. Try not to eat anything after 7.30pm and always have a breakfast. Cut out fats and sugar, exercise regularly and in no time you'll see a difference.

It's not healthy to lose weight by not eating. What you do is screw around with your metabolism that regulates your weight and bodyfat distribution. It can also do damage to your organs and brain. Also watch your joints. 3 hours daily on the thread mill might be over doing it. I would suggest you take up swimming. You burn calories and get a great work out.You can loose weight by only eating a mango and 3 hours o nthe threadmill, but it will come back real quick too. Best thing you can do (specially at your age) is get an appointment with a dietitian and learn how to eat right. What is your height and weight currently?Do you know your BMI?And what healthy way did you try before? And for how long? Also have you talked to your mom/dad about it?I was anorexic when I was in my teens, even though I was pretty slender as it was, 168cm and 52 kg - I ended up being little under 40 kg and honestly looking horrid. Thankfully my family got me help.

You would lose weight, and either develop an eating disorder and/or end your mango fast with a binge because you will start to obsess about food due to your body/brain interaction. If you want to be obsessive there are way more interesting topics than food, for real. The reason it never works "the healthy way" is.. well it does, it just requires patience. It takes much longer, and lasts longer.
