 I object to being on the phone with someone while they urinate or defecate. It's kind of a personal waste expulsion time, don't you think? I think it shows his level of class. Extremely LOW. Why are you still talking to him? Do you like low class cheater types?

 So he's cheating on his wife with you. I don't care if you are just talking on the phone... he's NOT telling his WIFE which means you are a DIRTY SECRET and in my book that's CHEATING.
He is a lying cheating spouse. Anything you can't won't or don't tell your spouse is cheating.
And I can see why she hates you and does not want him talking to you.
And you're concerned why he pees when he talks to you, not that he's a lying cheater. Nice.

If not, he's just emptying his bladder. I don't know anyone who gets off on doing that, married man or not.

Some people (especially men) don't realize you can hear what they are doing (like peeing in a toilet) while they are talking on their cell phones.
