I the other problem is that she is 16 and I am 20. We really love each other and are happy when we're with each other, but our family, also being a heavily Christian family would not be on with this at all... Advice?

I agree with Candid Cally, it's more that you are 20 and she is 16 right now....
As far as I know there are no legal ramifications for second cousins dating or marrying so that will only be an issue if your church has issues with it...

The age difference is likely more of a problem than being second cousins.
Please research the laws of your state before either of you act on your feelings. You could be charged and convicted of sexual offenses depending on what state you live in.
