 I wonder if she's using the sex angle to keep you in her life to some degree?Are you both going to be able to move on if you continue doing that?Honestly if she wants some aural stimulation to assist with masturbating couldn't she just download some porn?If you can both do it, with no feelings involved, purely sexual and still be able to move on at some point then go for it. But from an outsiders perspective a little phone sex doesn't seem worth it for the possible dramas that may come along with it.

Well that depends on you.
If you are going to be fine doing that and be able to get over her and do it till you find someone else then it's fine.
If it's going to stop you getting over her or it's going to lead you on then don't do it.
If you did it every few days and then in 2 weeks she texted you to say she had a new boyfriend and wasn't going to call you again then how would you feel?
