My ex broke up with me three months ago. It was a bad breakup. We had no contact since then. Last night he called and said he realized that he still loves me and I'm always the one he wants to marry. He's not going to let go this time. I'm over him and don't want him back. I told him I have no feelings for him now, but he just doesnt give up. I don't want to say anything mean to him or block him. What do I do?

Easy. Tell him you are not interested and not to call you again.

I'm guessing you haven't been blunt enough with him, or you're saying things like "it was good while it lasted".

Just be totally honest and tell him that you have no feelings for him, and you're completely uninterested in being with him again. You tried once and it didn't work out, so you don't want to try again.

I don't think that's mean, but it's blunt enough that he should get the point.
