i think that if you honestly think you fancy her, i would ask her if she feels the same way...because if you always kiss, there's an attraction there. but you're still quite young, this isn't a definate sign that you're lesbian.
when you get older you may become attracted to boys instead, but i wouldn't worry too much :)
