Lots of people have relationships where the sex no longer plays the biggest part although it can sometimes return, it's just a phase couples can go through. I think you have to work out the pro's and con's of the relationship and decide whether you love him as a friend or more, whether the reason you are together is out of routine or you do want to be with him. Ask yourself if you can see yourself spending the rest of your life with him. If it is just a sex thing then there are ways to bring a bit of fun into it with toys or films, this may sound tacky but it has been known to work!
