Sorry honey, as long as you live in your mothers house it's her rules.
If you are between 13-15 there is NOTHING wrong in having a curfew. MAYBE if you stick to her rules and she sees you can trust her, you can get some slack on certain rules.
What time is your curfew ?

tell your mom how you feel,maybe she is trying to protect her.dont push her too hard,wait for her when shes happy then tell her if she doesnt allow her respect her decision.good luck
