I had this problem just before xmas time, each time I came close to orgasm I would get absolutely massive head pain, like someone had hit me in the back of the head. It really put me off sex as the pain was so bad. I went to the doc's and my blood pressure was high, so over xmas ive worked at getting it down and hey presto no problems so far in January.
Best to get to the doctors though, as I know mine was worried about a couple of other much more serious problems if the problem continued.

I agree with Dr Pete. It would be interesting to know what her blood pressure is, as when she gets aroused it could be going up too high. If she is too embarrassed to say when it happens she could at least go and have her blood pressure and cholesterol level checked. She may also have developed a bit of anxiety due to the headache if it keeps recurring. If the chest pain comes on during any other exertion she may have angina and it is very important she see a doctor if only to exclude the possibility.

Headaches close to orgasm are really common and come from the build up in endorphins but the chest pains are slightly more worrying. You should always see a doctor when you have chest pains however minor they are. Get her to a doctor now.

You need to go to the GP to get a through MOT done. This is very often an indicator of high blood pressure tho.
Good luck.

Have you tried explaining this to a doctor? That would be my first approach. It could be a number of things. Better get it checked out.
Good luck!
