 It could be sexual frustration. You might be attracted to them in a way you hadn't previously thought. It just may mean you hung out that day and so they were on your mind while you slept.

 i heard some people saying dreams are things you think about during the day but in yo case you dont think of them in a sexual way rite.so i guess they are just dreams and they wil pass
