OK so this sort of a weird question. Have you ever had a dream that seemed so real, so real that when you woke up you thought it really happened?

Very often I have bad dreams about my bf, like him cheating on me or dumping me then I wake up thinking it really happened, after a few minitues I realise it didnt but it puts me in a bad mood for the rest of the day cause it just felt so real, I feel like I literaly went through the emotional turmoil of being cheated on and of a break up. It even gets to the point when I see my bf after a bad dream I act differently towards him. Any advice? I know the dreams arent real but they just feel like it.

I used to have these same dreams about my ex girlfriend. I actually told her about them every time I had them. One morning i woke up from one, woke her up and told her and she got dressed grabbed me and her car keys, drove me to the book store and bought a dream book. Turns out it meant I didnt feel I was getting enough attention from her. Which apparently turned out to be true, cuz a year later she broke up with me and told me she wasnt in love with me anymore and possibly never was. But hey, Im not bitter after 2 and a half years of putting up with her and helping raise a kid thats not even mine!
