 DO NOT HIDEyou can ask my 32 year old cousin,he didn't have his first bf until he was 28 because of the fear coming out,and regrets going through all those years of unhappinessI'm 16 and gay,and the first people i told were my sisters, your sisters should understand you the most.If it makes you any more comfortable,tell your closest female friend first instead,thats probably the easiest person to tell,unless she's a total homophobe =/Always tell girls first,its less awkward,then as time progresses you get more comfortable with the situation and its easier to tell guysthe people you should tell face to face are -Closest friends-Siblings-Parentseveryone else just needs to hear it from the grapevine lolJust remember, coming out isn't going up to everyone you know and telling them you're gay,its the loss of that fear and discomfort you have when people discover you're gay,it's being comfortable having your arm around a guy in front of your friends and family.it is hard,but you can't hide forever

 In Belgium we have associations where young gay people can meet and get help in dealing with exactly these issues.
I suppose they do exist in the UK as well. I think these are your best bet for now ...
