I think it means that she sees you as more than just a casual friend, but maybe not too sure if you are her "boyfriend" (either by her own choice, or by yours). Since she blows hot and cold,this "title" implies that she does not yet know what she really feels for you, or where she sees the relationship going.

He`s a nice guy but i dont fancy him. Special friends dont get sex. Mr nice guy dont get none,he gets to do her decorating then goes home. Mr bad guy then takes over,does nothing for her,but he`s getting sex and head. She will call you again, as soon as she needs help with something none sexual.
