I went on the pill so we wouldn't have to use condoms anymore, which I absolutely hate. The problem is, I'm paranoid about him cumming inside me now, even though I never miss a pill. I feel safer if he pulls it out and finishes up on my stomach. He says I'm being silly but less sperm inside me has to be better.....right?

It definitely is not really an accurate way to prevent pregnancy, but does slightly decrease your chances. If you're taking birth control correctly (not missing days, not taking certain antiboitics that decrease effectiveness) then it is extremely unlikely that you'll become pregnant. You are being a little paranoid but I much prefer your caution to the irresponsibility of using no birth control at all :)

On the other hand, there's something to be said for peace of mind. If it makes you feel less stessed, then why change it? There's certainly no harm in having him pull out. Hope this helps!

You are best to use a condom and the pill, because that is the best and SAFEST protection against pregnancy and disease! I hate to be the voice of doom, but it is the only way to protect your health and your fertility, and it's a good idea to use them until you are ready to settle down and marry. To be super-cynical, it's the best and ONLY protection against unfaithful partners... The failure rate of the pill is .3% under IDEAL usage, but under normal (forgetting to take it properly) usage, it goes up to an 8% failure rate. Withdrawal doesn't prevent precum as Star 07 says! Now, my advice is worst-case scenario, but there is some truth there! Lecture Over...

Maybe there is a difference, but it would be difficult to quantify. Mother Nature likes to play games on people, so I assume that, if you were to end up pregnant, it would find its way no matter what.
However, I would assume that the pill should be enough. If you want to be extra-sure, why not ask him to use a condom? The pill avoids pregnancies but does not protect you from diseases.

Improve your odds of not becoming pregant? Maybe.
Are you paranoid? Probably.
The pill is 99% effective when taken correctly and if there were a chance of you getting pregnant on the pill (as it happens but is RARE), there is a possibility of becoming pregnant from "precum." I think you will be fine if you are on the pill!
Take Care!
