It doesn't actually mean you are or you aren't...you both need to talk about this with eachother...don't label yourselves just yet....do you have feelings for her?

It could mean you are, or not... I would say not to get caught up in labeling yourself or your friend. You seem to be exploring your sexuality and there is nothing wrong with that. I say if you like what you are doing and it seem to be "right" to you then go for it and don't worry about labeling it

You are still trying to figure out your sexuality so don't label yourself lesbian, bisexual or heterosexual. You will learn to 'know' where your preference rests as you get older.

Well, it could mean you are lesbians or it could make you bisexual. Lesbians are women who only like sex with other women, if you are bisexual then you like sex with both men and women.
Personally I was always a little jealous of people who are bisexual: it gives you twice as many people to become attracted to (and more...)
