Hurting breasts can also be a sign that it's that time of the month or that they are growing again. Women's breats can be known to grow until they are in their late thirties so dont worry about it.

YES! Not nearly as many sperm as in actual ejaculate though. Chances of pregnancy from precum is very low, especially if it's on transferred on fingers rather than released directly from the penis high into the vagina near the cervix.

Pre-cum contains either very little or none. The name pre-cum makes it sound like semen leaking out or something, but it's not. As long as you've urinated since the last time you ejaculated (that will kill all sperm) the pre-cum should be sperm free. Don't worry about it. The purpose of pre-cum is to kill bacteria and the like before your sperm need to survive in there, not to get anyone pregnant.

Yes, it can contain some sperm, but it is mainly lubricant. Probably not much to worry about, but be more careful.
