reader, anonymous, writes (14 January 2010): yes it does work but your already on the small side. you might have to start off with one of those pumps that are only 6 inches long. when i was 16 i was 8 1/2 inches and i wanted more so i ordered a pump in the mail. after 6 months of pumping every other day i was at 9 inches and much thicker after that it was 3 times a week for the next 6 months and then once a week after that. now i'm at 11 1/2 inches and i don't have to pump anymore. i went through about 6-8 pumps during my pumping time because the suction valve would stop working. if you have the money get the one that has an electric motor for suction. those work a little better since to pressure is constant. don't get eager and over pump your first session might last 2-3 hours for your penis to fille the tube but after regular session it will fill the tube in 30-35 minutes and you will know that it's working. watch the pressure or you will end up with a head that looks like lexington steele's the porn star.

But the extension is limited, and with your size (around 1 inch), it would still make it small enough for women to show they are just as superficial as men.
What angzw says could also play a role, the fatter you are the less penis sticks out.
To be honest, you might just have to keep looking until you can find a woman who can accept it as it is.

You should go speak to a doctor about it, I do know there are a couple of different types of surgical procedure that culd give you and extra inch or two.
Don't fall for any lies or advertisements, the only person who can help you is a doctor.

I don't think it works well, I.e you won't end up with a perfectly functional larger penis. I think your self esteem us based in your penis. Women are harsh, you need to build a decent relationship with someone understanding who will take you as you are.Lay off casual encounters as anyone purely interested in sex will bot give you the response you need and deserve.
