Does he still like me? Friends think yes. I thought so too, but now I don't know

So I like this guy in a bar and he's working there and for the past few weeks whenever he's there he always looks at me and tries to strike up a conversation, but I'm always with my friends and it's kinda hard to have a decent conversation with so many people around, especially where he is working.

I don't want to follow him whenever he goes on a smoke break like some kind of a stalker.

Plus, I'm don't really like to talk much. Before yesterday, I and also my friends were pretty much confident that he likes me and I got that from him es well, but yesterday there were many of us and there wasn't really a time for me and him to talk to each other, we did exchange a few looks but that was it.

Besides, the whole looking at each other thing is getting kind of boring and yesterday I didn't get that "chemistry" from him , I don't know why.

I will see him tomorrow, what should I do? It's really a mind^^^k trying to talk to him or be with hi one on one with so many people around.

CindyCares agony aunt If I were you I would not bet the family farm on the odds of this bar guy really liking you. Bartenders are routinely friendly / chatty / flirty with female customers, it's sort of part of the job description and it's a way to make a boring job more interesting. Of course, they do it with more enthusiasm is the female customer is attractive, but OTH if he had meant to follow through, he could have done that. During his smoke breaks, for instance.

In any case, it won't hurt to follow Aunt Honesty 's advice. If he is interested, you are giving him an opening and he'll appreciate that ; if he is not, hey at least you tried- nothing ventured nothing gained.

aunt honesty agony auntHand him your phone number next time you are in the bar and see if he contacts you, if he does then you know he likes you and if he doesn't well at least you tried.
