A female United States age 26-29, anonymous writes:

So i'm in this Film Club where we watched the movie "The Birds" by Alfred Hitchcock. While my best friend and I were waiting for this movie to start, my friend noticed the guy I like came in. I could not stop blushing!

During the intermission, I was in like a circle with 2 of my friends and according to my friend, he walked up behind me to get to his group of friends and he was checking me out. Probably anytime I pass him or he passes me, he usually checks me out. After the movie, my friend and I noticed it was snowing for the first time. So we went outside to find him and his best friend waiting for their ride outside. Until my ride came, we talked to them about like everything. My friend could tell he was acting REAL obnoxious. Whenever he talked, he would stare into my eyes. Not once did I see him look at his friend or my friend, just myself. He smiled most of the time too.

The next day, we had a class together. We got in a group (him, another friend of mine, another friend of his, and myself) and we had 5 different testimony papers to read. He read one, then my friend and his friend chose one and there was two left for me to choose from. I asked him if he could read one and I could read the other. I was just about to read the short one but he said "Did you read one yet?" So after that, we playfully argued who would get to read it (again, he was smiling and staring into my eyes whenever I talked to him). After that activity, we each got 2 slips of paper that had to do with another activity. When we finished I put my papers on his desk and we kind of playfully argued again on who should throw them away (smiling, and staring into my eyes as well). Eventually, my friend did cause she was tired of all the arguing :p.

While we were waiting to go to the next class, he turned around in his seat so his legs were touching mine. What was odd, was that he never moved his legs back. Then class ended :P He doesn't usually act like this around other girls. Maybe just casual talk, but yeah.

Does he seem like he's interested? I asked him out before and he said no/:. Maybe be cause he's really shy? I asked a question about this before I just wanted to elaborate more on it.

I'm so sorry this is so long, and I feel crazy for posting this but i'm just curious!

Sageoldguy1465 agony auntHow long ago did you attend and watch that movie? I remember it... and I wasn't "right" for about 3 weeks afterward.... and, to this day, I STILL worry about Tippy Hedron's well-being....

Sooooo, perhaps he's still not over the movie..... Give him another three weeks....

Dont feel bad. you are just seeking answers

i think you should take it slowly one day at a time get to know him better asked him subtle questions along the way from what you said he does seem interested but guys just act stupid sometimes you know.

Just take time and think about what he does you should start a game of twenty questions its a great way to get information you know. But start with easy questions like, "whats your favorite color?" " when is your birthday?" Then build up little by little later on asking him "how many girls have you kissed?" Eventually getting to the questions like " what do yoou look for in a girl" and " what do u think of me?" Its a simple easy and fun way of getting information. Works for me
