writes:i need some guy help! it's not so much a question, more just me asking for a general opinion on whether or not he might like me or if he's just nice?so i really like a guy at work. he's a bit older than me, but i'm sure it wouldn't be too much of a problem.- he always says hi when we pass each other and smiles, but he's probably just a nice guy.- when i go past where he works, he always stares at me, which could be good or bad...- recently i changed my hair and when we were in the lift together he told me he loved it and started talking to me about my day and how it had been. :) then when we got out of the lift, he held open the door for me and gave me a huge smile. :D- he accepted me on facebook when i added him, which means nothing, but i thought i'd add it in. xD- i've seen him out and about a few times and whenever i walk past him he gives me a big smile and says hi, even when i notice him at the very last second. one time i was looking the other way until i turned my head really quick and he was like 'hi! :D'- he always looks at me out of the corner of his eye when he goes past where i work, but maybe he's just checking if i'm creeping on him D:- occasionally at work if i'm not in my usual place where i stand he looks around my area until he found me.- we used to always make eye contact but have really serious expressions on our faces, it was a bit scary, haha.- one time i went to buy something with my friends from the cafe where he works and it was the other person who served us, but he came over and put his elbow on the counter, waited until i looked up and was like 'hi! :)'howeverrrr.- i smiled at him the other day before he even looked up, he must think i'm a total creep.- one time i was sitting on a bench outside where he works (lots of glass windows and doors) and his friend who is always hanging around noticed me and said something to him and he came and looked so i assumed it was bad. D:- one time i was walking to work and saw him and his friend outside at the last minute before i went inside and i heard them saying something as soon as they saw me, so that was probably awful too. D:- recently everyone at work found out about me liking him and i'm sure he must have caught on to it by now, but i'm not completely sure. he probably knew anyway.i'll be very grateful for any opinions/answers. :)

i've been dying my hair colours like blue, red etc and i dyed it purple, then the next week he came in with purple bits in his hair. :D

No worries! I'd dare bet that he has some interest in you. You may be worried about asking HIM out, but I think there is some serious potential. Just ask him if he would like to do something after work. Worst case scenario, he says no.
Ask yourself, is that the end of the world? Would a no, I wouldn't want to go out with you cause you catastrophic heart failure? Would a no cause the sky to fall? Would a no end all life in the known universe?
My guess is probably not. If he does say no, then good riddance, plenty o' fish in the sea. There's probably somebody better for you anyway.

If a guy comments on your hair then he likes you. Guys who don't like you won't notice or wouldn't be bothered saying it.
I'm saying because a guy I work with recently commented on my hair, he told me he liked it and when I said I was thinking of cutting it he persuaded me not to. Not long after that I found out he liked me, and not long after that we kissed.
Turn the heat up on the flirting, he has complimented you, now you say something to him. Give him a hint and test the waters.
