He was always sneaking up behind me to startle me and when we had team-building stuff involving those little party favor thingies, he kept trying to blow it in my face. (Naturally, I did it back, lol.)He and I became pretty good friends very quickly. His sisters and I became good friends too, and eventually, I asked them if they thought he was flirting with me. They said they didn't know, because he never talked to them about stuff like that, but that they thought he was acting strangely around me, and that he doesn't normally act that way around girls. My question is, do you think he liked me or was he just treating me like one of the guys? (Which happens to be the story of my life!)

Ok wow!! You've got yourself in a tricky situation there. You're worried that maybe if you make the first move thinking he likes you, then you will lose the friendship you have if he doesnt feel the same way. Am i right?
It sounds like the 2 of you have a playful relationship. So maybe you can flirt with him like hectically!! and see wat he does. He will probably flirt back.
Another thing you could do is this: Go through a bunch of girls that you both know and ask him if he would ever date them. But before doing this you must make sure that the 2 of you are in serious mode. You cant ask him while you 2 are joking around otherwise he will give you a joky answser. Then after he has answered about the other girls, ask him if he would ever go out with you. Hopefully you will get a positive answer. Then thats when you make your move and tell him that you would go out with him.
If he reacts weirdly and you get the idea that he doesnt like your answer, then you can always pretend you're joking with him. After all, you guys have the type of relationship where you can joke around. So it wont seem weird.
So anyways thats what I would do. Hope it works out for you! :) Good luck!!

yeah. i definetly think he is crushing on you, if his sisters said he was acting strange then i would say something was up. you would know if he wanted to be just friends, but obviously because he was blowing in your face and stuff like that he wants to be more.
