It's against the law to make a legal contract with a minor so most landlords will not lease without an adult signer. You may find one who doesn't require a lease. However I think finding your own place may be the least of your worries right now. What do your parents say about what's going on?

my concern for you is that...
you are only 16. do you have a job? how would you support yourself & the baby?? are you sure you want to live on your own? it will be tough. give it a lot of thoughs before you move out on your own. will your boyfriend or someone else be rooming with you? if so, will they be able to afford rent along with other bills such as utilities, food, etc & help you pay it on time? just be careful about the people who you choose to room with also.
the thoughts of having your own place may be wonderful now, but having to pay so much bills along with rent can be a (excuse my language) B**** sometimes & can be very stressful if your income is very tight & makes you go on a tight budget. will you have enough money to support the baby along with other bills??? you wouldn't want to be in dept.
give it a lot of consideration before moving out on your own.
best of luck & take lots of care!
