He also might have had some sexual or near-sexual experience with his sister, which is a taboo kind of relationship. And if he did, that could be another reason he fancies you, because if you had a relationship with him. Or he might have had sexual desires for his sister and fantasized about having sex with her, and if that didn't happen, having sex with someone who reminds him of his sister would enable him to fulfill that fantasy.
So again, the question is, is his sister really attractive, or hot and sexy?
