You're still a virgin until you have had intercourse.
However, there are two things to keep in mind.
Oral sex IS risky behavior, and it is possible to contract an STD, or as much as I hate to say it, HIV.
A condom will lower your chance of getting it, but ONLY by abstaining from ANY sexual activity (that means no oral sex, no anal sex) will you be guaranteed that you won't get it from sex.
Second, everything you do sexually will affect your sexual purity. Of course if you have a boyfriend or girlfriend, you can enjoy kissing them. There are some things that you might want to save for the person you love enough to give your heart to forever. I wouldn't judge or hate anyone for having different beliefs than me, but this is how I feel.

Some people think that if you do everything but vaginal intercourse you are still a virgin. Some people would say if you have had oral or anal sex you've lost your virginity. Think about it this way, if 2 men have had sex with each other, but not a woman, are they still virgins? And what about 2 women? If they had sex with each other, are they still virgins? I think that if you have done anything that could give you an STD you are no longer a virgin. If someone told me they were a virgin I would expect them to have never done something that they could get pregnant or an STD from, all sex is sex. You can get STDS from oral, anal and vaginal sex.

quick answer; no, you don't lose your virginity by giving oral sex, you lose your virginity by actually having sex when the penis enters the vagina.hope that answers your question [;
