It matters very much to me...who wants to be around people that are always down and moaning looking at the dark negative things in life....have you ever sat next to this type of person for long enough and felt your energy been drained from you ...i have, and it sucks, you waste time and energy trying to cheer them up but they actually want to be miserable half of the time, they want to moan about anything. It's always better to be around people that have a good attitude even when times are tough...misery and self pity get us nowhere in this life and drains you and everyone around you....attitude is important , put a smile on your face and look for the rainbows.
Too much dark in this world be POSITIVE and spread the colours. :) :) :)

Short answer: yes. Attitude matters. If you're negative no one wants to be around you and you wont get that many opportunities in life.

Absolutely!! After all, its not what happens to us in life, its how we react to it that matters...
Nobody likes being around a person who's negative all the time, wet blankets are good for fires and not a lot else. Having negative and positive thoughts is human, but when those thoughts aren't balanced and you start having way more negatives than positives, it can seriously affect your outlook on everything.
As soon as something bad happens that makes me negative/sad/angry/jealous/etc. I'll try to instantly think of all the positives of the situation. No matter what, there is always one, even if its just that I've learned a lesson and am better prepared for next time.
Traffic jam? Or chance to listen to that new cd?
Bad break up? Or freedom and the chance to meet someone new?
Incompetent waitress? Or wonderful meal?
It affects who you are, how you think, how much joy you have in life and how people feel about you. Can't think of much that matters more really...
