 well i'm not sure what the rash is, but if i was you i would go see a doctor just to make sure evrerything is ok.

 The best thing to do would be to see a doctor. This rash could be any number of things, from an allergy to an infection or even an STD. In the worst case scenario, it is in your (and your partner's) best interest to find out.
