My last girlfriend is such an emotional black hole and a bitch she told me she still loved her first while we dated and when she dated her other following exes. The guy is a total f*cking loser and ugly on the inside and out. I laugh at this situation these days and just pity her for believing he deserves what little feeling she has for others. Worse, the slept with him again the day after we broke up.

I lost my virginity to the most perfect boyfriend I could ever have, but I was never in love with him. I ended up hurting him pretty bad. I still wouldn't change anything though, he treated my virginity special and knows how precious it was. I love him, of course. As a best friend. Boyfriend/ in love? No. Never have.

To the anon: there is a difference between remembering someone and still being in love with them!

If her next BF asks, then the aswer is of course not, why would you think such a jealousy petty thing?

I have no idea if that happens often, but I can imagine. It's not so much about virginity as it is about people who have sex tend to fall in love with each other. Do not quote me on this, and I don't know the scientific names, but: When you have sex you release some chemicals in your brain, and this mixture is quite similar to the one when you fall in love, you start to feel closer to this person, intimate, special, you want more and more (addictive chemicals), and so what might be a friends with benefits situation turns into one or both falling in love. Typically only one fall in love though. Or lust, love and lust in this scenario go hand in hand.
This is why friends with benefits don't work out in the long run, and you are certainly not friends if you jump in the sack together. A lot of feelings tend to come along with sex. Thats why I do not recommend FWB, and I like to warn virgins about exactly WHO they have sex with, because chances are way high they will fall in love.... So if it was a one time thing with a guy you see everyday who doesn't really care about you... don't do it.

Nope this is not true, i lost my virginity to a guy that i really trusted and was good friends with for a long time. But i did not love him.

A

No..as for the unfortunate rape victims that's a "hell no". For the rest of the women/teens you have a sort of attachment to your first. They will always be the one who took your virginity.

Definitely not true, loosing your virginity to someone doesnt have to mean anything, and to most men, it certainly doesnt, but to us women it usually does, so make sure you Know you love him before you do anything.

Many girls want to be in love with someone before they lose their virginity. It doesn't mean she'll always fall for guys like that, and giving someone her virginity doesn't create love.
What if a girl lost her virginity to rape? She's supposed to love the rapist by your logic?

Would be bad news for rape victims, wouldn't it?
Utter nonsense.
