Could be cystitis but you need to make more tests. Do you have any pains in the back? I had this problem and when tested it appeared i had one very common bacteria Esherihia Coli, so could be that. May get tested if got any albumens in ur urine or not.
Could be psychologicaly also, so the best way to find it is to make tests and see.

Frequent and urgent urination are classic signs of a urinary tract infection. Since inflammation reduces the bladder's capacity to hold urine, even small amounts of urine cause discomfort.
Diabetes and pregnancy can also cause these symptoms and you should go to another doctor and insist on tests. Tests on blood and or urine will be able to determine a UTI and if it is confirmed it can be easily sorted with a specialised antibiotic like Trimethoprim.
Blood tests will be able to determine pregnancy and give a good idea of diabetes. This doesn't mean you are diabetic it could just indicate certain raised levels that are causing the symptoms and it might even be just a case of changing your diet for a while.
Go to a doctor and insist on tests, take a urine sample with you, if you need a container you can get one from your doctors reception. The main thing is that you need to sort it soon.
Good luck and let me know how you go on.

You're well within your rights to ask to see a different doctor and get a second opinion. Chances are this is nothing serious but nobody on here has enough medical knowledge to tell you exactly what might be causing this. Tell your doctor that you're worried the problem hasn't gone away and would like to have the full range of tests to find out what is causing it because it's causing you discomfort and embarassment.
