Firstly you have only been together for 3 months this is only the very early stages of a relationship just enjoy it, have fun together don't be worrying if he has fallen in love with you yet, show him your a great person to be with and fun fun fun......
Its great he is saying he is missing you when your not around this shows he is thinking of you, so he must enjoy your company.
He also says that he cares about you, so YES, it does seem his feelings are growing but don't push him give him time trust me Men do take time, but when he actually realises it he will tell you that he loves you...
You may feel that you already love him but don't say it please let him tell you I know this sounds harsh but some men freak out at the love word and run so let him realise what a wonderful, loving, fun person you are and that he really could not imagine his life without you in it....
