Do you think he likes me?

I want to know if this guy likes me??? I sit next to him in social studies and we share a table. but he never stays on his side he is always on mine and having his arm touching me or putting his head on my shoulder or something. He puts his arm around my chair when he thinks i am not looking but i am looking. everyday i have my hair up he has to play with it or take it down or take my clips out. He asks my opinion on most things. He also tries to make me mad and i do get mad he says sorry for like ever. And he asks me a lot of questions about my future. When anyone asks about him liking me i turn red and he smiles and walks away. when he talks to me he looks right into my eyes and usually says things like twilight sucks but i am over obssessed with twilight so he waits for my reaction then laughs then "accidentally" rubs his arm against mine. He also remembers everything i say. EVERYTHING!!!!!!!!!!! there are some other things like the way he looks at me and how often he looks at me. I have a huge favor. Do you think he like me????
