 i suggest to get rid of it as soon as possible.chlamydia the sti can be passed threw in jeqans and is likey u can pass it on to an unborn child. you can get pregnant wit chlamydia but i highly recomend u see your local gp to get rid of it, hope i help

 I would get rid of it first as you don't want to pass it about to your partner while trying to get pregnant. You can fall pregnant with an STI but it makes treating them a little more difficult as you cant have certain medication when you are pregnant.

 Why would someone worry about getting pregnant in that situ? I would get rid of the STD first myself!
And what about the fact they will pass it onto the person they're having sex with in order to actually get pregnant?
Anyone thinking of doing that shouldnt be thinking of having a baby.

reader, anonymous, writes (7 August 2007): yes you can still become pregnant if you have chlamidia...that is if you haven't had the STD for so long that its made you infertile!
Probably best to get rid of it first though anyway in case it causes infections and these get passed on to your baby!
