JohnisBlind is verified as being by the original poster of the questionOh because I really feel like people don't care. And how would that make somebody feel?

Yes, I would have sympathy for such a person, but I believe it is a sympathy that is hard to show because of it being such a personal problem. But to myself, and to others around me, I could say that I feel sorry for them. To the person who actually has the problem I would probably not say much and try to act normal. So that personal would probably not be able to see much of the sympathy.
