Personally, in my experience, it'd be better to dump your current boyfriend now and not tell him. If you tell him you are just going to hurt and humiliate him and you shouldn't stay with him because the guilt will eat you up inside, my sweet, and relationships are supposed to be built upon trust.
I did a similar kind of thing and told my boyfriend, then we split up and it was basically, to save his feelings, I should never have told him.
