If you are referring to your child not eating dinner with the family because theyd rather be with their gf/bf then thats just childish behavior.. as for losing appetite etc- this can happen to anyone at any age if something traumatic happened in the reltatonship. Im 22 and recently I havent been able to eat or sleep because I lost someone I loved so much... so answers to your question can vary...

Being a teenager is the epitomy of chaos. I remember being in lust and in lust and in lust again, but it was love at the time until I fell in love. What your describing sounds like love, I am happy for you to experience something so powerfull. Your appetite is imprtant and needs to be maintained att youth especially. your bf will be fine and so will you. your in new grounds now. You'll be fine have fun.

Some teenagers lose their appetite when theyre in love. Some eat more because they feel happy. Some feel their current shape isn't good enough and go on a crash diet to lose weight. There are a million answers to this question and since every teen is different I guess the best advice I could give you is to talk to your teen and find out for yourself what's going on.
