The first kiss is special. Most people remember their first kiss pretty clearly. Mine was in 6th grade... it was a game of Truth or Dare. He was an 8th grader - Brandon (who was pretty attractive and had an identical twin, Elliot)... I remember that it felt like he had spit into my mouth.
I was pretty grossed out.
But it was a charming memory and I'll always remember it.
Hope your was memorable too.

We were 13, it was winter. He had the sniffles. His best friend was present. He leaned in. I closed my eyes and felt his chapped lips. I heard his best friends breathing become more laboured. The his best friend exclaimed "Ewwww...oh man...you almost got your snot on her lips!"
I don't remember any warm feelings. Replaying this moment only makes me HOWL. I do not replay it over and over in my mind and have some urgent desire to sexually accost myself in a dark room.
Most people who are deeply in love with someone;could not even conceive of thinking of another with such intimate clarity.
More often than not...it is more...yah...I recall...but can not relive it, can not smell, feel, taste it. Most people do not have vivid recall so...don't obssess over it.
It just is.
