Or do I need to see a doctor?

It comes oozing out of my tool, sometimes even sprays out as if to lubricate my partner. I'm not ejaculating either, it comes out perfectly clear and runny and runs out all over the place. After I lube my partner up with it, I can slip right in and still go for a full session and work my way into orgasm. I really do think some men are wired for gay sex and your body can tell you if you're a top or a bottom.

Hence the tingling down there - like you say, you're longing for him to enter you and that explains the physical sensation, which presumably happens at the same time as your heartbeat increases, your head swims, your breath tightens and you feel a soft 'melting' sensation in your stomach. No different to heterosexual women getting 'wet' when excited. I don't think you need a doctor.
Enjoy!

It’s normal.I even know a couple of straight guys (very close friends we can talk about this stuff together with) that experience something similar, if not the exact same. The anus/prostate is an erogenous zone for a lot of guys. Any wonder it can get worked up when they are being stimulated?Relax and enjoy.

Sounds to me more like you are relaxing and getting into the mood if you know what I mean, its great that you are soo relaxed with your partner to even be able to take him without lube. Its pretty normal yeah, but be careful not using lube as the anus can tear easily causing bleeding, which of course is the main cause of HIV contraction in gay men. Hope this helps
