Why would you think men want women who look like that?
Guys like to wank to looking at images of porn stars having sex.
There are hookers walking around on street corners who may look like porn stars; and guys could take their pick, if that's what men wanted for wives or girlfriends. They'd love to have a husband or boyfriend to take care of them. They can obviously sleep with anybody; so they aren't picky!
Those women are actresses making a living on film. They have cosmetic physical enhancements, wigs/weaves, and wear a lot of make-up. They go to the gym and develop their bodies in order to enhance their careers. For them it's all about the money, for men it's just about the sex. I think you'd want to be seen as more than a sex-object?
Porn actresses sometimes even disguise their true appearance. They hide because of the scornful way they're treated by the public, or the disrespect they draw from men.
Off-screen you wouldn't recognize them.

Imagine how men treat women who dress provocatively all the time, and/or make a living at it. A lot worse!!!
Men commit, respect, and come home to the women they really want. That doesn't shut-off his fantasies, and desire to masturbate to sexy images. Don't compare sex-addicted perverts to regular men. Don't compare normal women to porn actresses!

I doubt it. Presumably people pick partners they find attractive: why would anyone pick some-one whilst wishing they looked like some-one else altogether? Some men may like the type of look typical of a porn star but I always find these kind of questions a bit odd. Is there not just as much variety in the kinds of women men are attracted to, as there is amongst women in their attraction to men? The answer to all questions like the one you pose is always the same: some, yes. How many? No idea. Every man, no.
