Sounds like he is 15? Sort of a cross between flirting and intimidation. In my book, pretty clumsy attempts of flirting. It's (to me) more like a "brother behavior". Looking for attention.
I think what really matters is this, ARE you interested? Is he SINGLE (are YOU single) - if you can say YES to all 3 then flirt back, but be a tad more subtle them him.
I would NOT take those examples as he is really KEEN on you, in a romantic way. More like he likes to "banter" or "goof" with you. Either because you DON'T mind or you DO mind.

I think it's "borderline" flirting. I don't consider it flirting until I say to a girl: "So.... do you want to come over for a late-night swim in my pool.... it's heated... AND it's "clothing optional."
