 Pressure on the prostate gland is supposed to be highly pleasurable for me. Sadly, it is only accessed hrough the anus. So unless he is ok with you sticking a finger or two up there, don't try it.
I have been told as well from guys the underside to the head of the penis, is quite sensitive.

 Men do have a G spot but, not all men like girls to find it. As it's located inside the anus. The male G spot is on a gland called the prostate.

 May not be the best answer you'll get, but it'll be the most straight forward: No. Honestly, what makes a guy go "Yes girl I want some more!!!" differs per male... as it differs per everyone, really.
If you want to know how to do that for your man/love interest/own education, then I suggest you try asking your man. Believe me, your man will love the fact that you are trying to figure out how to please him even more.
