 Some guys do and some guys don't. The sad thing is...most men don't like to do it because woman aren't always as fresh as they can be down there. One instance can scar a man for life. If you want to up the chances of your boyfriend giving you pleasure, make sure you stay VERY clean down there. The best piece of advice I can give you is this...  I think your friend may have had a bad experience with someone who wasn't that clean down there or he may be one of those guys who don't like doing it. Just like there are girls who don't like giving a guy oral.
