I never talked about it with the girl and it was so awkward because I was so embarrased that too much alcohol took place and I didn't even remember it happened until a friend told me about it. This was years ago, but I feel like if I came forward and told my buddy about it, itd be a bigger deal than it needs to be. Do I need to tell him about it? If it was sex, I'd understand he should know, but it wasn't.

Don't worry about. Things happen and it was so long ago you don't need to bring up that guilt. Your right it would be worse if it was sex and even then I beleive that there are somethings you have to live with inorder to protect someones feelings. I don't think that too much of the past should be allowed to get in the way of your current and future relationship.

It was just a kiss, not sex. So there's no need for him to know. It was in the past and it's not like you and the girl wanted to, had you been sober. So don't tell him. It's not a big deal.
