When i say irritability i mean that if someone ask 5 times are you feeling ok or are you sure you dont want to go with me? it tends to get on my nerves so bad i will yell out the answer and usually use some profanity when saying so. Anyhow today I called my sister to tell her sorry for one of my over reactions and she informs me of how everyone in my family feel like "they are walking on eggshells" when around me. I feel like she was just mad at me for getting irritable at her. She tells me that she thinks I need to be on meds for this problem. I just want to add this, I am a waitress and i have never once lost my cool at work with an upsetting customer, or with anyone else besides my family. my question is do I really have a big enough problem that I should be on meds?

If someone asks you something five times after the first time just say we discussed this already.. If people are repeating themselves trying to badger you into doing something it's their mental problem not yours. Don't get a big guilt complex about it. My parents try to do this allot and then get other co-conspirators(other members of the family) in their guilt trip with them to try to make it seem like I'm the problem, but I am always polite in my rebuttals so i know logically it can't be me.. Talking helps better than meds most of the time.. Doctors like to push meds on people, yet they don't know what pharmaceutical company tested them or what third party the testing was subcontracted out to and then there are always side effects.. Don't get me wrong if I have a physical health problem I go and see a med doctor, but I feel alot safer far away from doctors.. I feel like some of them are like bad mechanics messing up bodies only to have them come back for more service, but enough of conspiracies. Hope this helps.

Talk to a doctor about it, they may be able to suggest something. Or look online for relaxation techniques and practise them. X
