 I don't know. We can't tell from what you said and sincerily, we can't really know what you're feeling.
But a good way to know is to look into your heart and ask yourself "Do I like him?" and picture moments when you two were happy.
And if you don't like him, well that's ok. That's why these kind of things are called CRUSHES because they crush in and go away like morning and night. Plus, it's not like you are going out nor did he even ask you out.
