So my question is i really want to tell her that i like her, but should i ask her out first or just take her aside and tell her and how do i tell her i really like her without coming on too strong?Any help is appreciated, thanks!!

 I say just ask her out. Something casual like coffee or lunch. I've found that the longer you wait, the more the deck gets stacked against you. Don't be concerned about the other details, they may get in the way right now, but if she's interested, she'll make it work.
