I can have it with things, like in tea or hot chocolate or in cakes etc.Its just, on its own when i drink it, i always end up throwing it back up again. I dont particularly like the taste but i know it is good for me but i can never hold it down.I know this isnt an allergy but i think i might have a chance of being ever so slightly intolerant? What do you all think? Reply to this Question Share |

I can't drink milk straight, it makes me sick to my stomach. My Dad is the same way. I think that you can have a slight intolerance to milk, but not be entirely lactose intolerant. I just don't drink straight milk anymore! I use it for cooking, for mixing and that's it.
However, I still think that you should see a dietitian or a doctor to make sure that you're not lactose intolerant. I just wanted to let you know that you are normal (or maybe we're both weird...).
Good luck, sweetness!

it could be.
Im not sure about having it in tea and coffee though, could have something to do with the heat of the drinks.
Go to a dietican, they should be able to find out if your intolerant to it.
i know someone who can have fruit drink but when he eats the fruit by itself throws it up, i think its called Oral Alergy Syndrome. But talk to your GP and Dietician, they can help
