my finger was infected like that, in the same area of your toe that you described, and yah it was green. kinda sick. and really did hurt. my school nurse said to soak it in a warm saltwater solution until its soft and with a sterile needle poke a hole and slowly push out the green puss. it was super gross... but like it worked and it was fine. after that I washed it and kept neosporin and a bandaide on it. she said it was just infected. like had a hangnail and whatevs.

Call NHS Direct on 0845 46 47 right now. It could be gangrene and it could spread to the rest of your foot by Monday morning. If you like having a foot then DO IT!
If not then show your parents and get them to run you down the A&E unit.
Good Luck!! xx

you need to got to the doctor. It sounds like an infection and if left untreated your going to lose your toe. Just go to the doctor.

This can result in something serious, like blood not getting to your toe, or an infection like trench foot, see your doctor. It may not be serious though. Next time see your doctor ASAP when something like this happens.
